Warranties Are ‘Only As Good As the Brand Behind It’
When it comes to a company warranty they are often shrouded in a cloud of tricky wording and vague promises. The Mitchell Defense Warranty is not. I personally and as the owner of the company promise that if anything on your rifle breaks, I will fix it or send you a new one. These rifles are built to out last you and your generations to come. There is also no need to register for this warranty. If your rifle bears the name Mitchell Defense, you can send it in, and it will be fixed as long as the part that breaks came on the rifle. If it was installed by a third party, we will probably still fix it for you. That will be case by case though.
More Specifically
Now let’s define breaks. You’re not going to send the rifle back and the warranty department calls you to tell you its normal wear and tear. If your parts start to wear out, I will replace it for you and send it back. Everything on the rifles is guaranteed for life. That’s not to say there aren’t wear parts on the rifle like gas rings and all that fun stuff but that falls under the guarantee. And we will fix it.
You lose the rifle in a fire, I got you. You use it as a pry bar, I got you. Your soon to be ex wife throws it in the ocean I got you. No matter what life throws at you I have you covered. Everyone should be armed with a rifle that the company that made it has the upmost confidence it will work when you need it. Our final QC measure is the question “Would you trust this rifle with your life,” and just remember, under just about every circumstance, “I got you!” Thats the Mitchell Defense Warranty.
